What does Astra Launch do for me?

Who does the work?
LeadPixie's proprietary Agentic Ads module. It is a set of AI agents that plan, build, publish and tune your ads.
Who will I talk to?
You chat with our AI ads agent inside the Managed Ads section of your LeadPixie CRM. There are no calls and no direct human interaction. Review and approval also happen inside the CRM. Notifications may be sent outside the CRM.
Where do I see my ad's progress?
In your LeadPixie CRM, under Facebook Ads, then LeadPixie Managed Ads. You can see the live state, review, approval, the points we agreed and your files.
How long until I see results?
No commitment. It is month to month, and we recommend 3 months. First, it takes about 2 weeks to go live if you give all the required data correctly. Then the ad learning phase runs. After that, full ads run.
How many leads will I get?
It depends on your audience, location, daily budget, product, product price and more. So try for a couple of months and check. Our system optimises as much as it can. We do not promise numbers.
Is the ad budget included?
No. The ad budget is separate. You add it to your own Meta ad account, for Instagram or Facebook instant forms, WhatsApp ads and more. Meta needs about 50 leads before an ad comes out of the learning phase. Plan your budget for that.
What do I need before we start?
A Meta Business portfolio (Business Manager). A Facebook Page, and an Instagram account if you use it. An ad account with a payment method added. Your business details, product info and images. A WhatsApp number for the Cloud API. Your ad chat and approval happen inside the LeadPixie CRM, and notifications may reach you outside it.
Where do my leads go?
To your WhatsApp. The official WhatsApp Cloud API (1 number) is free with Astra Launch, worth ₹799/month. So enquiries from your ads come as chats.
How many users can I add?
Up to 25 users.
What is Conversions API (CAPI)?
It sends your lead results back to Meta. This helps Meta learn from what really happened, not just guess.
Why is the monthly price lower than an agency?
Because Astra Launch is system-driven. LeadPixie's Agentic Ads module does the planning, insights, auto-tuning and monitoring, so it costs less to run. An agency brings experienced people, strategy, custom creative work, shoots and videos, and a wider scope across many channels. That is great when you have the budget and want a human-led service. Astra Launch is for owners who don't have a team or an agency yet and want their Meta ads running, with leads coming into one CRM, for ₹4,999/month. The ad budget is separate.
Can I run ads for any business?
Not always. Meta has strict ad policies and special ad categories. Health and medical, politics and social issues, jobs and employment, finance, credit and loans, housing and real estate, and restricted products (alcohol, supplements, weight loss, dating, crypto and more) have extra rules or limits. Meta can limit or reject some ads. Approval is Meta's decision, not ours.
Can my ad account get banned or restricted?
Yes. Meta can restrict or disable an ad account. For example, when required information is not declared (a special ad category not declared, business verification missing, wrong business details), when policies are broken, or when there are payment issues. Please give your correct and complete business information. Restrictions are decided by Meta.
Is the fee refundable?
No. The ₹4,999 monthly fee is non-refundable. Your ad budget is spent in your own Meta ad account. That is between you and Meta.
Is the CRM included?
Yes. Astra Launch includes everything in Astra Starter, the full LeadPixie CRM.
I have a marketing team. Is this for me?
That is great. Use only our CRM then. Astra Launch is for businesses and owners who don't have a dedicated team or an external agency.
